What is Sirius kicks?

Sirius Kicks is a premier sneaker and streetwear marketplace. We make it easy to buy and sell superior footwear. Our merchandise is available online at www.SiriusKicks.com.

Are your sneakers Authentic?

sneakers Sirius Kicks sneakers are made of original materials and Authentic shape. We only ship out OEM top quality.

What sizes are shown on the website?

SiriusKicks.com lists U.S. sizes only.

Do you sell gift cards?

At this time, we do not offer gift cards.

How do I contact sirius Kicks?

You can email us anytime at hello@siriuskicks.com. Our customer service department is open from 8AM–8 PM ET daily. We reply to all customer service requests within 24 hours.

2. delivery & returns

When will my order ship?

Orders may take up to 3 days to process. Orders may take longer to process during sales and promotions. Shipment times will vary based on your location. We ship orders Monday through Saturday, except on the following U.S. holidays:
- Easter
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- New Year's Eve
- New Year's Day

Do you ship internationally?

Siris Kicks successfully ships many of our sneakers worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the world!

Occasionally though, we may have to cancel an order that we are unable to send out due to prohibitive shipping in some places of the world, but we work very hard to ensure our apparel is available to everyone.

Where is my order coming from?

Everything Sirius Kicks sells is stored in one of our warehouses in Los Angeles, CA as well as some coming directly from our OEM manufacturer in China.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can track your order status in real time by checking the shipping confirmation email sent within a week of your purchase. You can also contact us directly at hello@siriuskicks.com to check the status of your order.

After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to one of our four fulfillment centers where we will ship your items within 1-2 business business days. Below are the expected delivery times.

Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Usually 9-12 days. Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at hello@siriuskicks.com.

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

I'VE PLACED AN ORDER WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS RECENTLY, CAN I COMBINE THEM INTO ONE PACKAGE? 

Since we have more than one warehouses, we may not have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item may be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once… Rest assured, they will get to you.

I'VE PUT A WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR PICKED A WRONG SIZE! CAN I CHANGE IT?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care, and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

2. returns & CANCELS

Do you accept returns? 


Yes, we accept return and exchange ONLY on unworn items within 3 days after the item is received but please contact us first to provide you the return shipping address. You will be given store credit on your returns, minus 10% restocking fee. Absolutely NO Refunds.

Can I cancel my order?

We try to ship orders as quickly as possible so they get to customers faster. This means we cannot cancel an order after the shipping process has begun. We will do our best to process cancellation requests, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. Cancellation requests submitted after the shipping process has begun are subject to our standard return policy, which is outlined below.

How do I return my purchase?

We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we will gladly issue a store credit for the item if the return is accepted. Here's what you need to know about processing a return: - Only domestic U.S. orders at SiriusKicks.com are eligible for returns. All sales are final on international orders.
- Return requests must be submitted at hello@siriuskicks.com within 3 days after the item has been delivered to you.
- The item being returned must be shipped to Sirius Kicks within 3 days after the return is accepted. We will provide shipping address at time of request.
- The item being returned must be unworn with the original Sirius Kicks tag intact.
- For online returns, you will receive a prepaid FedEx shipping label which you can use, if you choose, for a fee of $30. If you choose another shipping provider, Sirius Kicks recommends using one that provides a tracking number. Sirius Kicks is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- If a return is accepted, we will issue a credit for the original purchase price, minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs. Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used at siriuskicks.com. No refunds will be granted.

I received confirmation that my return has been delivered. When will I receive my store credit?

It may take up to 10 business days for store credit to be issued after a returned item has been received.

How do I redeem my store credit?

You will receive an email with a one time Discount code that you can apply during checkout to any future order. This code can only be used once, and can only be used at SiriusKicks.com

It says my order was delivered but I didn't receive it. What should I do?

Please email our customer relations team at hello@siriuskicks.com with the subject line "Missing Order." We will work with the shipping provider to locate your package. If we are unable to locate the package, we will open a claim to investigate the matter. Please allow 3-4 weeks for a claim to be completed. We will contact you as soon as we have an update on the status of your package.
